1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the vr46 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and vr46 management. 2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access vr46's full range of services, you are required to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.
During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. vr46 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in restrictions on account functionality or account closure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You are not permitted to share your login details with anyone. vr46 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

3. Platform Usage Rules
Vr46 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any form of fraud, system manipulation, use of automated software (bots), or activities that disrupt other users' experience is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
- Using the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without authorisation.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or offensive to others through the platform.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the fairness of the betting process.
- Using calculation techniques or unfair methods to gain an unlawful advantage in any game.

4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on vr46 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment options listed on the platform. vr46 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. For withdrawals, you are required to use the same payment method as your original deposit, subject to the prevailing policy.
Withdrawal & Bonus Terms
All bonuses received are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed once these requirements have been fully met. vr46 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and further action.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Vr46 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal obligations requiring such action. In the event of account closure due to user misconduct, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures, subject to investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vr46 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the intellectual property of vr46 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from vr46.
